  • Free shipping on every order β€” always, with no minimum.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Orders are delivered in 7–10 business days after your order is placed.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your Pluff is on its way.
  • Once shipped, you can follow your package every step of the way using the tracking link in your email.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it's on the move.

Damaged or defective on arrival?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you're covered β€” your choice of a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
